New Residential Structures (NRS) 8 Hour CPE Course

-In the state of Virginia, home inspectors must obtain the new residential structure (NRS) endorsement to have the ability to inspect newly built homes or homes under construction (Pre Drywall Inspection). - Once you have completed this course, you will receive a certificate of completion that can be attached to DPOR's application and mailed in. The 8- hours given within this course can be used towards that 16-hour requirement within this renewal cycle. - This course is mobile friendly and can be started or stopped as needed.
