- Home inspectors in Virginia are required to have 16-hours of continuing education biannually (every 2 years). The 8 hours given within this course can be used towards that 16-hour requirement. - This course is an 8-hour overview of preforming pre-drywall inspections. In this course we go over code and home inspectors roll as it pertains to code, how codes are developed, and what to look for during a pre drywall inspection. - Once you have completed this course you will receive a certificate of completion. It's recommended that you print or save the certificate of completion in case of DPOR audit.
